Trafford Local Care Organisation (TLCO) is staging a one-stop recruitment day for administration staff to work in community health services in Trafford.

The event which runs from 10am to 4pm at the Limelight, Old Trafford on Wednesday 30 November will let people find out more about administration and clerical roles and they can even be interviewed on the day.

TLCO is recruiting to a number of posts in NHS administration services across the borough. Admin staff play a key role supporting district nurses, health visitors, children’s services, health centres and other teams and services from their office bases and clinics which are located in all parts of Trafford.

Roles that are available range from receptionists to administration team leaders so there are opportunities at all levels and ranges of experience. Staff are employed by the NHS which also means staff can access all the benefits of working for the health service including pension, training, development opportunities and career progression.

People can come along and find out more about the opportunities between 10am and 4pm at the Limelight on 30th November. It’s a one-stop recruitment event where people can chat to staff already working in these kinds of roles. There are also careers advisors at the event and people who are interested can even be interviewed on the day for roles. They need to bring photographic ID on the day for this.

Jon Lenney, Director of Workforce and Organisational Development at Trafford Local Care Organisation said:

“We’re delighted to be hosting this event at the Limelight. It’s a great opportunity for anyone interested in admin and clerical roles to find out more about working in the NHS with us in Trafford. Our admin staff are key members of our community nursing, children’s services and other health teams. You can come along and meet staff doing these roles already, learn more about working in the NHS and even have an interview on the day. It’s a great opportunity for anyone looking for a truly rewarding role in administration services that makes a real difference to people.”
