Healthwatch Trafford has launched a new survey to gather feedback from patients and carers about their experiences of palliative and end-of-life care in Trafford. The survey aims to understand how well local services are supporting people with life-limiting conditions, and where improvements could be made. Healthwatch Trafford will share the findings with NHS and social care leaders to help ensure that services meet the needs of patients and their families at this important stage of life.
Healthwatch Trafford encourages anyone who has received or supported someone receiving palliative care in Trafford to take part and make their voice heard. The short, anonymous survey is open now and can be completed online at the following link:
