Trafford Council is inviting residents, carers, partners, and community organisations to join a series of Let’s Talk Participation workshops — a new initiative to shape how people are involved in decisions about adult social care.
The workshops will take place across Trafford’s four localities and are open to anyone who uses adult social care services, supports someone who does, or works in health and care.
Each session will be a relaxed, round-table conversation — a chance to share what’s working well, what could be improved, and how we can collaborate more effectively in the future.
Your feedback will directly inform Trafford’s new Adult Social Care Participation Strategy, ensuring that lived experience is at the heart of service design and improvement.
Upcoming sessions:
- Wednesday 26 November, 10am – 12pm at The Vine Methodist Church, Altrincham
- Tuesday 9 December, 10.30am – 12.30pm at Urmston Library
- Wednesday 10 December, 10.30am – 12.30pm at Limelight Health and Wellbeing Hub, Old Trafford
- Wednesday 14 January, 1pm -3pm at Sale West Community Centre
(Light refreshments provided.)
