Trafford Council’s 2024-25 Adult Social Care Survey has been posted out to 1,500 residents in the borough. The survey, run by the Council on behalf of NHS Digital, is very important as feedback will help the Council continue to improve.
Staff in the Adult Social Care Directorate are calling on colleagues at partner organisations to help in this effort. Responses must be returned in the pre-paid envelope, free of charge, by Friday February 14.
Cllr Jane Slater, Trafford Council’s Executive Member for Healthy and Independent Lives said: “The more people who take part, the more useful the results will be to help us assess and improve our local services, so that those who need it get the best possible experience.”
Answers are confidential and will not be passed on to anyone directly providing services. Questionnaires in different languages, larger print or an easy-read format are available, and service users can ask to complete the survey by phone or in person. Friends, relatives or care workers can help, if they record the recipient’s exact responses.
For help, or if residents have questions, call 0161 912 5199 Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm, leaving a message if necessary, email liquidlogicsupport@trafford.gov.uk or write to Initial Assessment Team, Ground Floor, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester M32 0TH.
